Turkey - Day 8 Ankara to Doha

Today is the last day (Day 8) in Turkey. Our last tours are Meseum of ancient Anatolian civilisations with great Hittite collection and shopping before transfer to airport.



Next destination: Museum of ancient Anatolian civilisations with great Hittite collection. This Museum has two buildings; Mahmut Pasa Bedesteni and Kursunlu Han. Bedesteni Was built by Mahmut Pasa who was the prime minister during 1464-1471. It's all about resources that pure Angora were distributed. On the other hand, Kursunlu Han was built as a core to finance Mehmet Pasa. The two buildings were abandoned after the fire in year of 1881. These museum has unique collection of how ancient stay, weapons, bowls, plates, army, coins, hunt for animal, culture, marriage, monuments and many more.











Next destination: Lunch time. We had our lunch behind train station.






Next destination: Shopping. Shopping time. Handbags and cloths are almost the same just that their make up are cheaper 10 or 20bucks.


Next destination: Airport. Reaching KL on the day 9. Overall, I enjoyed the trip especially the scenery, the breathtaking view. On things bad about here is the food portion is way too small.

Turkey - Day 7 Cappadocia to Ankara

First destination: Hot air-balloon. Wake up call at 6am. The hot air-balloon management will drive us to the place for us to have our breakfast (self service). They provided teas, cakes and breads.



The ground are soft suitable for hot air-balloon to land. Ali told us the safety during the landing what you have to do

Next destination: Lunch time





Next destination: Salt Lake. We got off the bus, and quickly walked to the Lake take a picture then back to the bas. But then, sales person stopped us and ask us to try their products. We refused but they insisted so we entertained them. They put the scrub on hand and we scrubbed it. Me and my sis wanted to wash our hand but they refused to give us water but explained about their products. Damn you guys. It's fucking cold outside. The weather is getting colder.and windy and somehow I felt sick. Yea, I am sick. Later on, we continued our journey to Ankara. The second largest city.


Next destination: Ataturk Mausoleum (1881-1938). The founder and father of Turkish Republic. Turkish citizen loves their country. Independence Day, Turkish citizen will come here to visit the Ataturk Mausoleum. You will be amazed on how they design (interior design), they placed the monuments, pictures, story line of the Independence Day, wars etc. They even painted certain picture frames in gold.
