Winter Solstice is Chinese Lunar New Year which is utmost important traditional festival for Chinese. It is known as 'Winter Festival'. Ancient Chinese people said that Winter Solstice is an important festival than Chinese New Year. Winter Solstice originated from Han Dynasty where family members go home to eat gathering dinner and eat 'tang yuen' together. I bet young generation do not know about Winter Solstice existence include myself till my mum told me about it.
