Trying to baked Oreo Cheese Cake to honey.. Hopefully the cake will be nice as I thought.

Ingredients (butter, thickened cream, OREO cookies, white chocolate, caster sugar, gelatine powder, vanila essence, and PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese)

Thickened CREAM

CC pester daddy to try cream cheese

OREO

Melted butter

Fine scrumbs of OREO + melted butter

At last the cake was baked, but forgot to take a picture of it. Hopefully it will not that 'hard to eat'.
Night time, having an annual dinner at Sai Kong, Kepong Baru where my daddy set an auspicious date (15th of CNY - last day of CNY).
